Customer's review
Hello

My name is Norman Marshall. I am the Golf Professional at The Leisure Lakes Golf Academy near Southport in England, UK. I would like to tell you about a new invention that I believe will be a real asset to golf range operators all over the world.

I have been involved in golf ranges throughout Europe. Top quality ranges have several things in common three of the most important being the range of balls, mats and tees. It is in the area of tees that there has been very little innovation. To address this situation, Onetee Ltd has introduced the Adjustable Height Golf Tee. It is affordable, easy to use, brings extra revenue through customer satisfaction and ultimately saves you money by eliminating tee theft and loss.

The traditional range tee that has serviced the industry has been the rubber tee. This simply fits under the teeing mat and pokes through a hole in the mat. The problem is that a percentage of the customers will steal the tees, whilst others will take the tee out, stand it on top of the mat and hit both the tee and the ball down the range.

The traditional rubber tee comes in three heights so the golfer chooses the mat with his or her preferred tee height. Should they wish to change the tee height the golfer picks up their equipment and moves to another mat.

With the new Adjustable Height Golf Tee you simply use your finger and thumb to turn the tee up or down to suit the height preference of the golfer depending on the choice of the club to be used.

To install the Adjustable Height Golf Tee, a 80mm hole is drilled in the floor of the range bay. The plastic pot containing the ingenious mechanism is placed in the hole. The teeing mat is then placed over the tee through the hole in the mat. The rubber tee coming through the mat is attached to the pot.

Although primarily designed for the driving range operator, golfers wanting to practice at home can also use the tee. It will save your lawn and stop you searching the garden for your lost golf tees.
